Author Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is reportedly functioning on a mechanics under which mobile phone operators will trickle SMS articles for black listed keywords to be sure that SMS messages with bad language aren’t presented to (signified or unwitting) mobile phone users, stated sources at PTA headquarters.
