1st Pakistan Blind Youth Conference an Article from COMS North Nazimabad Karachi
For the first time in Pakistan Visionary Foundation Pakistan is organizing 1st 3-day Pakistan Blinds Youth Conference started on 21st March 2012 here at Regent Plaza Hotel, Karachi. It is attending by around 200 people including 60 to 70 blind participants. The registration fees of this conference is Rs. 5,000/=
This conference is being coordinated with attempts of a few souls, who were distinguished by the British Council and they’ve been awarded as Active Citizen of the Year 2009-10 .
Rashid Mehmood Khan, CEO of Visionary Foundation Pakistan told in his statement that conference designs to involve the persons with handicaps into the mainstream and giving them equal chances for discovering and demoing their talent.
